Extron's SDS Output Driver is an output device which can be used to control solenoids, motor starters, pilot lights and other electrical devices.  Rated at 0.5 amps continuous duty, the module matches the Micro Switch object model 1.3.4.1.  The Extron SDS Output Driver is epoxy encapsulated and may optionally be supplied with a two or three hub, 3/4" electrical conduit box.  The module connects to the SDS bus through a five (5) pin SDS mini-connector, four (4) pin micro-connector or wire leads.
General Specifications

AC Output: TRIAC switch.  Rated for 24-117 VAC at 0.5 amps continuous, 15 amp peak in-rush, power is obtained from a user supplied source.

DC Output:  FET switch.  Rated for 24 VDC at 0.5 amps continuous, 15 amp peak in-rush, power is obtained from the SDS bus.

Input:  The Extron output module interfaces with the SDS bus through a standard SDS industrial connector or wire leads.  Internal power is received from the bus.

QUAD I/O INTERFACE
Extron's SDS four input/four output device is designed for use with a remote pushbutton operators station.  The module is provided on a 2.5" x 3.5" open circuit board for easy mounting on a panel and may optionally be supplied in an epoxy encapsulated housing.  connection to the lamps and pushbutton is provided by either wire leads or a terminal strip. Connection to the SDS bus is achieved through a five (5) pin SDS mini-connector, a four (4) pin micro-connector or board mounted terminal strip.
Specifications

Output: Four lamp outputs can sink 24 VDC at up to 500 mA each.  The lamp power can be supplied from the SDS bus or optionally from a user provided power supply

Input:  Designed to accept signals from a pushbutton switch, each device can be programmed for either NO or NC contacts.

AC/DC DRIVE INTERFACE
Extron's analog input analog output device is designed to allow SDS interface to any SC or DC variable speed motor controller.  It provides a user programmable command voltage, both voltage and frequency (pulse) feedback capability and contacts for run forward and run reverse as well as run mode status confirmation inputs.
Specifications

Analog Output: Either 0-5 VDC or 0-10 VDC is available for motor drive speed command.  Both feature twelve )12) bit resolution (0.025% FS) and are fully isolated.

Input:  Designed to accept signals from a pushbutton switch, each device can be programmed for either NO or NC contacts.

Digital Output:  Two contacts rated 1A @ 24 V are provided that can be used for START or FWD/REV commands to the motor speed controller.

Digital Input:  Three digital inputs to indicate typically run forward, run reverse, and drive fault.  Inputs can be isolated contracts, currents or voltage levels.
